Your New Morning Ritual: Pumpkin Pie Proffee

Say hello to the ultimate stomach-friendly breakfast drink! This Pumpkin Pie Proffee combines the cozy, comforting flavor of fall with a powerful protein punch. It’s the perfect way to satisfy your pumpkin spice cravings without the jitters or stomach upset. Made with smooth, low-acid coffee, it’s gentle on your system and delicious enough to feel like a treat.
Yields: 1 serving
Prep time: 3 minutes
What You'll Need:
  • 1 scoop of your favorite Vanilla or Pumpkin Pie Protein Powder
  • 1 cup (8 oz) Alex's Low Acid Coffee, brewed and cooled slightly (hot coffee can make the protein clumpy!)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk, oat milk, or fairlife milk for extra protein
  • 1-2 tsp Sugar-Free Maple Syrup or a few drops of liquid stevia (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • A handful of ice
  • Blender or shaker bottle
How to Make It (Two Easy Ways!):
1 - For a Creamy, Frothy Treat (Blender Method):
  • Add the brewed Alex's Low Acid Coffee, almond milk, protein powder, and ice to your blender.
  • Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until it's smooth, frothy, and perfectly combined.
  • Taste and add sugar-free syrup or stevia if desired. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy immediately!
2 - For a Quick & Easy Shake (Shaker Bottle Method):
  • Add a small amount of cool liquid (almond milk or water) to your shaker bottle first, followed by the protein powder. This prevents clumping.
  • Shake vigorously until a smooth paste forms.
  • Add the remaining Alex's Low Acid Coffee and milk, pop the lid on securely, and shake again until it's fully blended. Pour over a glass of ice
Make it Your Way:
  • Want it creamier? Use 2 tbsp of canned coconut milk.
  • Want it warmer? Skip the ice and use warm (not hot) coffee for a cozy latte.
  • Add a festive touch? Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice.
