    Morning routines and rituals vary far and wide, but if there's one thing a vast majority of us share, it's the love for that first, glorious sip of coffee. As someone who passionately enjoys both the art of making and consuming coffee, I've been on a continuous quest to find the perfect companion for my morning ritual. Today, folks, I believe I've struck gold—or rather, a golden brown, with a recipe that not only complements your coffee but elevates it: Coffee Bean Biscotti with a special twist, incorporating Alex's Low Acid Organic Coffee. Now, let's dive into the hows and whys, shall we?

    What You'll Need

    Ingredients:

    Equipment:

    • Mixing bowls
    • Hand mixer or stand mixer
    • Baking sheet
    • Parchment paper (for less mess and sticking)
    • Cooling rack

    Okay, gear up! It’s baking time, and trust me, your kitchen is about to smell like a cozy, inviting café.

    Let's Get Baking

    • Preheat & Prepare: Kick things off by preheating your oven to 325°F (163°C). Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. This mix is going to form the backbone of our biscotti, giving it that iconic crisp and crunch.

    • Cool: Transfer the biscotti to a wire rack to cool completely. This is the hardest part—the waiting.
