Clean and Healthy

Coffee is one of the healthiest beverages on the planet, but can you be certain that your coffee is pure and nutrient-rich? Alex’s Low-Acid Organic Coffee is certified organic and free from mold and mycotoxins.

Low-Acid Coffee That’s Gentle on the Stomach

If coffee has been bothering your stomach, it may be time to give Alex’s Low-Acid Organic Coffee a try. That’s because we targeted the acid in coffee that is believed to be responsible for indigestion. It’s called chlorogenic acid.

These are some conditions that can lead to a low-acid diet.

  • Acid reflux
  • Heartburn
  • Colitis
  • IBD
  • Ulcers
  • Bariatric surgery

Alex’s Low-Acid Organic Coffee is lower in chlorogenic acid due to our special processing methods. Unlike some higher-acid coffees, our coffee never comes into contact with hot steel. Instead, we use special air convection methods. Plus, we roast our coffee to a medium dark or dark roast to further lower acidity.

As you can see here, our coffee is lower in chlorogenic acid than the average of national brands. An independent lab did the analysis.

Smooth and Balanced Coffee

The perfect coffee is harmonious yet complex, bright yet intense. Alex’s Low-Acid Organic Coffee is all of those. Notes that you may detect include chocolate, nuts, citrus, and vanilla. Our Rise and Shine Blend is particularly intense and earthy. The beans are perfectly roasted to bring out natural flavors in coffee and to complement them with notes of chocolate and caramel, without overwhelming the natural goodness of these pure and organic beans. It has light brightness without bitterness from too much acid.
