I am a lifelong coffee lover, but I developed acid reflux and could not find a coffee that I could drink without symptoms. There was no way I was going to give up coffee. Instead, I did what I needed to do to produce a coffee that was clean, healthy, and gentle on the stomach. I teamed up with coffee experts to produce a great-tasting, smooth, healthy coffee.

We went through every step to find the best beans in the most famous coffee-growing regions of the world.
