Ingredients
- 1 cup cold brew made with Alex’s Low-Acid Coffee
- ¼ cup milk (any type)
- 1 Tbsp molasses
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Ice
Instructions
1. Make the gingerbread base
In a glass, stir together:
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 Tbsp molasses
- ¼ tsp ginger
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
*Whisk until smooth and spiced.
2. Pour over cold brew
Fill a glass with ice.
Pour 1 cup of Alex’s Low-Acid cold brew over top.
Add the gingerbread milk mixture and watch the swirl.
3. Stir & enjoy
Stir gently with a spoon or straw.
