Made with Alex’s Low-Acid Coffee, it’s bold but smooth, rich but gentle — no stomach burn, no bitterness, just festive flavor in every sip.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold brew made with Alex’s Low-Acid Coffee
  • ¼ cup milk (any type)
  • 1 Tbsp molasses
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Ice

Instructions

1. Make the gingerbread base

In a glass, stir together:

  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp molasses
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg

*Whisk until smooth and spiced.

 

2. Pour over cold brew

Fill a glass with ice.

Pour 1 cup of Alex’s Low-Acid cold brew over top.

Add the gingerbread milk mixture and watch the swirl.


3. Stir & enjoy

Stir gently with a spoon or straw.

Optional: add a gingerbread cookie or sprinkle cinnamon on top for a festive finish.
