Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus extra for garnish
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (120ml) strong-brewed Alex's Low-Acid Coffee (hot or cold, depending on preference)
- Optional: Whipped cream or frothed oat milk for topping
Instructions:
- Combine & Heat: In a small saucepan, combine the oat milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup (or sweetener), pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
