Sparkle this NYE with Espresso martini style mocktail with chocolate-vanilla cold foam

Sparkle this New Years with an Espresso Marti “No”

A smooth, rich espresso mocktail with chocolate vanilla cold foam
Ring in the New Year with a glass that feels festive, indulgent, and intentional. The Espresso Marti “No” brings bold espresso flavor, gentle sweetness, and a silky chocolate vanilla cold foam finish without the alcohol and without the stomach burn. Made with our Low Acid Coffee, this mocktail lets you toast late nights, early mornings, and everything in between feeling good. It is polished enough for midnight and mellow enough to enjoy again all year long.

Ingredients

Espresso Base
Chocolate Vanilla Cold Foam
  • 1⁄4 cup cold heavy cream or dairy free creamer
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla creamer
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • Optional pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Brew the espresso
  2. Pull a fresh double shot using Alex’s Low Acid Coffee Espresso. Want less caffeine? Try our Decaf Ground Coffee. Let it cool slightly so the flavor stays smooth and rounded.
  3. Build the mocktail
  4. Add the espresso, maple syrup, and milk to a shaker or jar filled with ice. Shake until chilled and lightly frothy.
  5. Make the cold foam
  6. In a separate jar or milk frother, combine cream, vanilla creamer, cocoa powder, and sea salt if using. Froth until thick and spoonable.
  7. Assemble
  8. Strain the espresso mixture into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Gently spoon the chocolate vanilla cold foam on top.
  9. Finish
  10. Optional dusting of cocoa powder or a few chocolate curls for a true NYE moment.

Hosting Tip

Set up a DIY Espresso Marti “No” bar with chilled glasses, fresh espresso, and a frother station. It gives cocktail energy without the chaos and everyone leaves feeling like they made a good choice.
