Do I get a birthday reward?
Make sure to add your birthday to your account to be eligible for a birthday bonus. If you add it within a day of your birthday, your points will begin next year.
How can I earn points?

How do I redeem my points?
Log in and head to your Loyalty page to redeem your points for rewards. You can also use your points directly at checkout.
Where can I see my points balance?
Log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the page.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire after one year without any account activity. Just make a purchase or earn new points to keep everything active.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire once they are activated in the account.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
I forgot to use my points at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
Unfortunately points cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed.
